Class Descriptions
Aerobic classes are designed to improve stamina and co-ordination. This is an ideal class for participants of all ages. A fun way to exercise in a friendly environment.

Abs Blast
This 30 minute dynamic strengthening session will target the 
abdominal, waist & back, suitable for all abilities

Indoor Bootcamp is a high intensity 60 minute class designed to burn calories & fat. It is a full body circuit based class aimed at all fitness levels of all ages.

Circuit Training 
Whether you are an active sports person or you have not trained for some time, these classes are for you. A total body workout designed to increase stamina, strength and co-ordination. Suitable for both men and women.

Yoga (iyengar) iyengar yoga is a relatively static form of yoga with added use of props, placing special focus on developing strength & correct body alignment by holding the traditional poses for an extended time.

High intensity interval training is a total body, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy day get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Legs, Bums & Tums
This 60 minute conditioning class is designed to work these specific three areas. Suitable for all abilities and ages.

Metabolic effect
The next generation in the group fitness world. Most workouts focus on aerobics, calorie burning, and exercising to the beat of the music, ME focuses on the full integration of high intensity interval exercise, sports conditioning drills, total body weight training and full fatigue effort.


Body weight training class tones muscles,boosts metabolism and burns fat...the 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours
training and full fatigue effort.

Monday Mashup
A perfect combination of workouts to target fitness, strength, skill & speed. The ultimate start to set you up for the week.

Pilates is a non aerobic body conditioning technique that aims to improve Posture, Strength, and Flexibility and keeps the body balanced. Ideal for those who need rehabilitation from injury.

This popular indoor group cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardio workout for all abilities.

Stretch and Tone
A light hearted class incorporating stretching techniques with light weights.

Wednesday Warriors
Workout like a warrior. If you like to sweat this circuit based training is just what you need. This class uses body weight and gym appartatus to target every muscle group. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A Fusion of Latin and International music that creates a Dynamic, Exciting and effective fitness system. So come and join the party.

Classes open to non members. Booking necessary for all classes
